Project Management

Connect Europ's Mike Stokes has been directly involved with the management of a large number of projects of varying types and sizes for the past thirty-six years (please see Record of International Activities).  Most of these have been international, sometimes involving over thirty separate countries, and budgets have varied from thousands to hundreds of thousands of UK pounds. 

A number of projects have involved the organisation of conferences and professional study tours for groups from the Russian Government, involveing a large number of individuals and organisations drawn from all over Russia.

Mike has experience of managing the administration, finances and reporting requirements of a programme of different projects running accross three campuses in a large UK University as well as developing and overseeing a large programme of international exchanges and activities, in what was the largest education authority in Western Europe, Strathclyde Regional Council.

We are therefore able to offer help with all aspects of project management including: the planning and initiation of new projects; bid writing, particularly for projects hoping to attract European Union (EU) assistance; day to day management and administration of projects including all budget and accounting requirements; the writing and submission of interim and final reports, and the evaluation of projects.
